This is my professional engineering practice paper. I wrote about engineering risk assessments and how they can provide a huge advantage to any project as long as one does them right. The key to a risk assessment is staying true to the form and hitting every step in a general sequence. It gives team leaders a powerful tool to control many aspects of the project, and works well with centralized and decentralized teams without setting up silos. In the companion video I talk about the nine steps of a project-long risk assessment, the main topic of my paper.
