In this class we have been asked to research a professional practice project and present it in the form of a research paper. My topic is discrimination. I will cover what discrimination is, people who are affected by it, types of discrimination, and discrimination in the workplace. With workplace discrimination I will focus on race based discrimination and sexual harassment.
